Mike Klis of 9 News reports that Broncos FB Andy Janovich suffered dislocated elbow during Sunday’s game and is out for the remainder of the season.
You can expect the Broncos to place him on injured reserve in the coming days and add someone to their roster.
Janovich, 26, is a former sixth-round pick of the Broncos back in 2016. He was in the final year of his four-year, $2.5 million contract that included a $164,309 signing bonus and stands to make a base salary of $720,000 for the 2019 season.
Janovich was in line to be an unrestricted free agent in 2020 when he and the Broncos agreed to a three-year, $5.7 million extension that includes a signing bonus of $1.35 million and total guarantees of $3.22 million.
In 2019, Janovich appeared in six games and totaled five catches for 42 yards receiving and one rushing yard and a touchdown.
