Jeff Legwold of the Denver Post reports that theย Denver Broncos will get WRย Demaryius Thomas back on for Sunday’s game against the theย Miami Dolphins.ย and he’ll do so with aย plate and three screwsย in his broken left hand, according to Jeff Legwold of the Denver Post.
“This is the healthiest I’ve been, right now, since I’ve been in the league,” said Thomas.
Thomas’s career has been injuryย riddled despite this being being only his second year in the league.ย ย So far he’s suffered a torn Achilles, a concussion, a broken hand and injuries his foot and ankle. Thomas will be playing with aย plate and three screws that were insertedย into his left hand.
Considering that Denver just traded Brandon Lloydย to the Rams, the Broncos will be looking to Thomas and Eric Decker to lead their passing attack for the remainder of the season. His health will certainly be an issue to monitor but he’s got more than enough talent to have an impact even with Tim Tebow as his quarterback.
