Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that the Broncos are signing CB Rashard Causey to a contract on Sunday.
According to Ryan O’Halloran, the Broncos have waived OLB Jeff Holland.
Causey was one of the Falcons’ highest-paid undrafted signings back in May. However, he’s been battling a hamstring injury.
Causey, 22, wound up going undrafted out of UCF back in May. He later agreed to a three-year, $1.755 million contract with the Falcons.
During his college career at UCF, Causey recorded 64 tackles, two sacks, seven pass defenses, no interceptions, three forced fumbles and a recovery over the course of four seasons and 23 games.
