Kent Somers of the Arizona Republic reports that Arizona Cardinals GM Rod Graves has turned his attention to Pro Bowl WR Larry Fitzgerald now that the Cardinals have addressed some of the roster deficiencies.
Somers mentions that Graves is going to start talking with Fitzgerald’s agent today so they are very serious about getting this deal as soon as possible. Then again they may not have as much leverage as they currently do depending on how the Kevin Kolb experiment plays out.
Fitzgerald has been very active in this years short lived offseason as he been lobbying for a number of acqusisions, most recently Braylon Edwards.
