Amerson, 26, is a former second-round pick of the Redskins back in 2013. Washington waived him during the 2015 season and he was later claimed off of waivers by the Redskins.
Amerson signed four-year, $38 million extension with close to $18 million guaranteed with the Raiders back in 2016. However, he was released last year and later caught on with the Chiefs.
Kansas City signed Amerson to a one-year deal worth up to $6 million during the offseason, but wound up being released coming out of the preseason. The Cardinals recently signed him to a contract before cutting him loose last week.
In 2017, Amerson appeared in six games for the Raiders and recorded 18 tackles, no interceptions, a fumble recovery and four pass defenses.
