Cardinals Sign TE Brandon Bostick To Practice Squad, Place TE Joseph Fauria On PS Injured List

The Arizona Cardinals officially signed TE Brandon Bostick to their practice squad on Friday, according to the NFL transactions release.

  • The Cardinals also placed TE Joseph Fauria on the practice squad injured list to make room for Bostick.

Bostick, 26, originally signed on with the Packers as an undrafted free agent back in 2012. However, he was cut loose after he dropped an onside kick that aided the Seahawks comeback in the NFC Championship game.

The Vikings elected to claim him off of waivers, but Bostick was unfortunately among their final roster cuts a month ago. Arizona wound up signing him to their practice squad at the start of the season.

Fauria, 25, was unfortunately among the Lions’ final roster cuts this past weekend, as they trimmed their roster down to 53 players.

The Cardinals elected to sign him to a contract a few weeks ago, but he’s been on and off of the team’s practice squad since then.

In 2014, Fauria appeared in seven games and caught six passes for 74 yards receiving and a touchdown for the Lions.
