The Los Angeles Chargers officially placed OT Koda Martin on injured reserve on Monday after clearing waivers.
Martin, 23, wound up going undrafted out of Syracuse a few months ago. He later signed a three-year, $1.755 million contract with the Chargers.
However, the Chargers waived Martin with an injury designation last Friday.
Martin actually began his career at Texas A&M before transferring to Syracuse for the 2018 season. In total, he appeared in 47 games at the two schools and started 29 games.
