The Los Angeles Chargers officially signed DE Isaac Rochell to their practice squad on Friday and released DE Whitney Richardson from the unit.
The Chargers’ practice squad now consists of:

- CB Michael Davis
- WR Andre Patton
- WR Artavis Scott
- RB Andre Williams (Exception)
- DB Craig Mager (Exception)
- TEÂ Braedon Bowman
- LB Nick Dzubnar (Exception)
- DB Jeff Richards
- DE Isaac Rochell
Rochell, 22, was taken in the seventh-round of this year’s NFL Draft by the Chargers. He signed a four-year, $2.48 million contract with the Chargers and was set to make a base salary of $465,000 for the 2017 season when Los Angeles elected to cut him loose a few days ago.
This season, Rochell has appeared in one game and recorded one tackle for the Chargers.
