The Los Angeles Chargers announced Tuesday that they’ve promoted DE Isaac Rochell to their active roster and signed RB Russell Hansbrough to their practice squad.
The Chargers’ practice squad now consists of:
- G Brett Boyko
- WR Andre Patton
- WR Artavis Scott
- DB Craig Mager
- DB Jeff Richards
- DB A.J. Hendy
- DE Whitney Richardson
- C Cole Toner
- TE Bradeon Bowman
- RB Russell Hansbrough
Hansbrough, 24, signed on with the Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent out of Missouri back in May of last year. He was one of the team’s final roster cuts before signing onto their practice squad.
After a brief stint on the Giants’ practice squad, Hansbrough was signed to the Buccaneers’ active roster and he has been on and off of their practice squad this season.
During his four-year college career, Hansbrough recorded 467 rushing attempts for 2,344 yards (5.0 YPC) and 15 rushing touchdowns. He also caught 30 receptions for 128 Â receiving yards (4.3 YPC).
