The Colts announced Thursday they signed DT Johnny Robinson to the 90-man roster and waived RB James Williams in a corresponding move.

Williams, 23, was just signed by the Colts earlier this week. He initially landed with the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent out of Washington State in May before being waived following OTA’s.
Robinson, 6-0 and 292 pounds, signed with the Colts as an undrafted free agent out of Charleston Southern in May. He signed a three-year, $1.755 million contracts, but was waived by the Colts later that month.
During his senior season, Robinson recorded 37 total tackles, three sacks and two forced fumbles.
