Dolphins Place CB Jamal Perry On COVID-19 List

The Miami Dolphins announced Wednesday that they’ve placed CB Jamal Perry on the COVID-19 list.

The COVID-19 list was created this summer for a player who either tests positive for or who has been quarantined after having been in close contact with an infected person or persons.

Players will remain on the list until they are medically cleared to return.

Perry, 26, wound up going undrafted out of Iowa State back in 2017. He later signed on with the Eagles, but last just a few months in Philadelphia.

From there, Perry was on and off of the Patriots’ practice squad before signing on with the Dolphins last year.

In 2020, Perry has appeared in 10 games for the Dolphins and recorded 22 tackles, no interceptions and a pass defense.
