Field Yates of ESPN reports that the Eagles brought in free agent DE Courtney Upshaw for a visit on Tuesday.
This is the first reported interest in Upshaw since the free agent market officially opened.
Upshaw, 28, is a former second-round pick of the Ravens back in 2012. He played out his rookie contract with the team before signing a one-year contract with the Falcons in 2016.
Last year, the Falcons brought Upshaw back on another one-year deal and he’s once again testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent.
In 2017, Upshaw appeared in 13 games for the Falcons and recorded nine tackles, one sack and a forced fumble.
