The Eagles announced Tuesday they have signed LB Hayes Pullard to the active roster and waived LB Asantay Brown in a corresponding move.
Pullard was recently waived by the Cardinals. He signed with Arizona this past offseason as an unrestricted free agent.

Pullard, 27, was taken in the seventh round of the 2015 NFL draft by the Browns. He was, unfortunately, to make the 53-man roster coming out of the preseason, but the Browns later signed him to their practice squad at the start of the season.
The Jaguars would later sign him off of the Browns’ practice squad toward the end of the 2015 season. Jacksonville let Pullard go during final cuts in 2017.
Pullard was claimed off waivers by the Chargers in 2017. He was released again at the end of the 2018 preseason, but returned to the Chargers midway through the regular season.
In 2018, Pullard appeared in nine games for the Chargers and recorded 17 total tackles.
