Eagles Trying Out 30 Players At Rookie Minicamp

The Philadelphia Eagles are trying out 29 players at the rookie minicamp this weekend, per Jimmy Kempski of PhillyVoice.

Orndoff, 25, wound up signing a three-year, $1.66 million contract with Steelers as an undrafted free agent out of Pittsburgh back in 2017. He was set to make base salaries of $465,000 and $555,000 over the first two years of the agreement when the Steelers waived him from injured reserve.

Orndoff had brief stints with the Lions and Bengals before signing on with the Jaguars last year. Unfortunately, he was waived coming out of the preseason. 

During his four-year college career at Pittsburgh, Orndoff recorded 58 receptions for 897 yards receiving (15.5 YPC) and 13 touchdowns.
