NFL owners made the decision to enact a rule that would allow them to choose a team to appear on their successful “Hard Knocks” show if a team doesn’t volunteer to make an appearance.
Teams can be chosen from a group of teams who don’t:
- Hire a new head coach
- Make the playoffs at least one in the past two seasons
- Appeared on the show in last 10 years.
After eliminating the teams that fall into these categories, we are left with:
- Bears
- Bills
- Cardinals
- Giants
- Jaguars
- Raiders
- Rams
- Steelers
