The Atlanta Falcons announced Monday that they’ve signed nine players to futures contract or the 2019 season.
The full list includes:
- QB Kurt Benkert
- WR Christian Blake
- DB Taveze Calhoun
- LB Jermaine Grace
- TE Jaeden Graham
- TE Alex Gray
- WR Devin Gray
- G Sean Harlow
- DT Jacob Tuioti-Mariner
Grace, 24, wound up signing a three-year, $1.66 million contract with the Falcons as an undrafted free agent out of Miami back in May of last year. Atlanta elected to cut him loose in November and he was later claimed off of waivers by the Colts.
After brief stints with the Browns, Grace was once again claimed off of waivers coming out of the preseason, this time by the Seahawks. Seattle waived Grace with an injury designation last month and he later reverted to their injured reserve list.
The Seahawks waived Grace from injured reserve back in October and he later returned to the Falcons’ practice squad.
In 2017, Grace appeared in 11 games for the Falcons and Colts and recorded three tackles.
