Giants Officially Sign Eight To Practice Squad

The New York Giants officially signed eight players to their practice squad on Sunday.

The full list includes:

1. DT Chris Slayton
2. OL Evan Brown
3. RB Jon Hilliman
4. WR Reggie White Jr
5. TE C.J. Conrad
6. DL Freedom Akinmoladun
7. LB Jake Carlock
8. LB Josiah Tauaefa

Hilliman, 23, wound up going undrafted out of Rutgers back in April. He later agreed to a three-year, $1.755 million contract with the Giants. 

However, New York placed Hillman on waivers coming out of the preseason. 

During his college career at Boston College and Rutgers, Hillman rushed for 1,715 yards on 45 carries (3.5 YPC) to go along with 40 receptions for 282 yards receiving and 21 total touchdowns over the course of four seasons and 39 games.
