Jordan Raanan reports that the Giants and third-round LB Oshane Ximines have reached an agreement on a four-year rookie contract that is expected to be signed on Monday.
This leaves just first-round QB Daniel Jones as the last remaining draft pick for the Giants to sign:

Ximines, 22, was the No. 95 overall pick in the third round by the Giants out of Old Dominion. He’s projected to earn a four-year, $3,356,784 rookie contract including an $836,784 signing bonus.

During his college career at Old Dominion, Ximines recorded 176 total tackles, 51 tackles for loss, 32.5 sacks, one interception, 12 pass defenses, 2 fumble recoveries, and 11 forced fumbles.
