The Giants waived WR Reggie White on Tuesday per the NFL’s official transaction wire.
The move was a corresponding transaction to free up space for QB Cooper Rush, who New York claimed off waivers from Dallas.
White, 24, signed with the Giants as an undrafted free agent out of Monmouth in 2019. He was waived coming out of the preseason but re-signed to New York’s practice squad.
White bounced on and off the Giants’ practice squad in 2019 before agreeing to a futures deal with New York for the 2020 season.
During his four-year college career, White recorded 249 catches for 3,373 yards and 31 touchdowns in 45 games.
