According to Pro Football Talk, the Jaguars will host RB Alfred Blue for a visit today.
Jacksonville will also meet with free-agent RB Benny Cunningham later this week, per Jason La Canfora.
Jacksonville is looking for depth at running back after both T.J. Yeldon and Corey Grant left in free agency.
Blue, 27, is a former sixth-round pick of the Texans back in 2014. He played out the final year of his four-year, $2,337,932 contract with the Texans and re-signed with the team on a one-year deal for 2018.
In 2018, Blue appeared in 16 games for the Texans and rushed for 499yards on 150 carries (3.3 YPC) and two touchdowns to go along with 20 receptions for 154 yards receiving.
Cunningham, 28, wound up signing on with the Rams as an undrafted free agent out of Middle Tennessee State back in 2013. After four years with the Rams, the Bears signed him to a one-year contract in 2017 and again for 2018.
Cunningham was testing the open market for the third time in as many years.
In 2018, Cunningham appeared in 15 games and rushed for 20 yards on 11 carries (1.8 YPC) to go along with one reception for nine yards receiving. He also contributed 173 kick return yards.
