Jaguars Sign OL Jacques McClendon, Waive WR Rasheed Bailey

The Jacksonville Jaguars announced Wednesday that they’ve placed WR Rasheed Bailey on waivers and signed OL Jacques McClendon.

McClendon, 28, is a former fourth-round pick of the Colts back in 2010. He has played for a number of teams since entering the NFL including the Lions, Steelers, Falcons, and Jaguars.

The Dolphins signed him to a contract in April of last year and he was on and off of their active roster before being released last week.

In 2015, McClendon appeared in three games for the Dolphins.

Bailey, 23, wound up going undrafted out of Delaware Valley back in May of last year. The Eagles signed him to a three-year, $1.575 million rookie contract, but he was later among the team’s final roster cuts at the start of the season.

The Jaguars added him to their practice squad midseason and later brought him back on a future/reserve contract.
