The Jacksonville Jaguars officially signed WR Tony Washington to their practice squad on Thursday and placed WR Rashad Lawrence on the practice squad injured list.
The Jaguars’ practice squad now consists of:

- TE Alex Ellis

- WR Tony Washington
Washington, 25, wound up signing on with the Colts as an undrafted free agent out of Appalachian State back in May 2014. He lasted just a few months with the Colts before signing on to the Jaguars’ practice squad during the 2014 season.
The Jaguars waived Washington with an injury designation during the preseason and he later reverted tot their injured reserve list after clearing waivers. However, he was later cut loose a week into the regular season.
In 2015, Washington appeared in four games and ran for eight yards on one carry to go along with no receptions or touchdowns.
