Jaguars Waive WR Tony Washington From I.R. With Injury Settlement

The Jacksonville Jaguars announced that they’ve waived WR Tony Washington from injured reserve with an injury settlement on Thursday.

Washington, 25, wound up signing on with the Colts as an undrafted free agent out of Appalachian State back in May 2014. He lasted just a few months with the Colts before signing on to the Jaguars’ practice squad during the 2014 season.

Last week, the Jaguars waived Washington with an injury designation and he later reverted tot their injured reserve list after clearing waivers.

In 2015, Washington appeared in four games and ran for eight yards on one carry to go along with no receptions or touchdowns.
