The Jets also signed CB Lamar Jackson to the active roster and re-signed WR Josh Malone to their practice squad.

Here’s the Jets updated practice squad:

  1. RB Josh Adams
  2. WR Lawrence Cager (Injured)
  3. QB David Fales
  4. DB Bennett Jackson
  5. DE Bronson Kaufusi
  6. DE Corbin Kaufusi
  7. DB Zane Lewis
  8. WR Donte Moncrief
  9. WR D.J. Montgomery
  10. TE Ross Travis
  11. WR Jaleel Scott
  12. LB Noah Dawkins
  13. LB Bryce Hager
  14. OT Blake Hance
  15. QB Mike White
  16. WR Josh Malone

It’s worth mentioning that the NFL changed the rules regarding injured reserve for the 2020 season and players can return from the list after just three games.

Hogan, 32, wound up signing on with the 49ers as an undrafted free agent out of Monmouth back in 2011. He had brief stints with the Giants and Dolphins before signing on with the Bills during the 2012 season.

Buffalo elected to bring Hogan back on exclusive rights deals for the next two seasons before the Patriots signed him away as a restricted free agent in 2016. Hogan played out the final year of his three-year, $12 million contract before agreeing to a one-year deal with the Panthers last year.

Hogan signed on with the Jets back in August.

In 2020, Hogan has appeared in four games for the Jets and caught 11 passes for 98 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
