Ryan Dunleavy of NJ.com reports that the Jets brought in former Giants WR Travis Rudolph for a workout on Tuesday.
Rudolph, 22, wound up signing a three-year, $1.66 million contract with the Giants as an undrafted free agent out of Florida State back in May of last year. He was set to make base salaries of $465,000 and $555,000 over the first two years of the contract when the Giants cut him loose coming out of the preseason.
The Giants later signed Rudolph to their practice squad before eventually promoting him to their active roster. Unfortunately, New York waived him this past weekend.
In 2017, Rudolph appeared in seven games for the Giants and caught eight passes for 101 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
