The Atlanta Falcons announced that WR Julio Jones will be out for Week 6’s game against Carolina, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Jones hurt his hamstring on a deep pass against the Packers and wound up leaving the game. The Falcons need to come out of Sunday’s game with a win but they cannot afford to lose Jones for an extended period of time. Atlanta will play Detroit in Week 7 and before getting a bye in Week 8.
Harry Douglas will end up replacing Jones this week so he could be a option for fantasy teams that are hurting for receiving help this week.
