The #Lions announce CB Tony McRae will be placed on Reserve/Injured and LB Jarrad Davis is activated from Reserve/COVID-19.

It’s worth mentioning that the NFL changed the rules regarding injured reserve for the 2020 season and players can return from the list in just three weeks.
Davis, 25, is a former first-round pick of the Lions back in 2017. He’s currently in the final year of his four-year, $10.96 million contract and stands to make a base salary of $1.96 million for the 2020 season.
Detroit declined Davis’ fifth-year option this past May, which means he’ll be an unrestricted free agent in 2021.
