Williams, 23, signed with the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent out of Washington State in May before being waived following OTA’s.
Williams was signed by the Colts last week but lasted only a couple of days in Indianapolis.
During his four-year college career, Williams rushed 316 times for 1540 yards (4.9 YPC) and 19 touchdowns. He also added 202 receptions for 1437 and eight touchdowns through the air.
