John McClain of the Houston Chronicle is reporting that the Houston Texans have released five players. The most notable names of the five players would have to be FS Eugene Wilson and WR Andre Davis. Line backer Issuah Greenhouse, linebacker Darnell Bing and defensive tackle Demario Pressley were the other players that were let go today.
And so the transformation into a 3-4 defense is under way. Houston can focus on finding a better defensive tackle and upgrading their terrible secondary.
