- Boston College WR Jeff Smith has top-30 visits set up with the Vikings, Packers and Saints. Smith will also work out at the Buccaneers local pro day and has a private workout with the Titans this week. (Greg Auman)

Cowboys
- According to the Athletic’s Jay Glazer, new Cowboys WR Randall Cobb is an upgrade as a slot receiver and should further help WR Amari Cooper: “Randall is as much a coach-type player as there is.”
- Cowboys DE Robert Quinn will make a base salary of $6 million, $125,000 for each game he’s on the active roster and has an $878,789 incentive if he hits seven sacks. The Dolphins also already paid Quinn a $1.12 million roster bonus, bringing his total compensation to $10 million. (Archer)

Eagles
- According to Tom Pelissero, the Eagles have high hopes that an offseason spent working on time with receivers and not rehabbing from a major injury will help QB Carson Wentz get back to the MVP level he was playing at in 2017.
