Mike Shanahan did very little shed some light on what is to come regarding Donovan McNabb‘s future with the Washington Redskins following Sunday’s loss to New York.
“Nothing is out of the realm of possibility right now,” Shanahan said Sunday, via the Washington Post. “I’m not going to say one way or another what’s going to happen because I’m not really sure myself.”
McNabb has said previously that he is open to returning to the Redskins next season but only if he is guaranteed to be the teams starting quarterback. Considering all that has taken place this season, this appears to be more of a formality than a possibility.
