Packers HC Mike McCarthy told reporters on Friday that RT Bryan Bulaga passed a physical will be activated from their PUP list.
Bulaga is coming off of a serious knee injury and while some have wondered if he could be a potential roster cut, the Packers have made it clear that he’s in their plans moving forward.
Bulaga, 29, is a former first-round pick of the Packers back in 2010. He’s currently in the fourth year of his five-year, $33.75 million contract and stands to make base salaries of $5.85 million and $5.8 million over the next two years of the agreement.
In 2017, Bulaga has appeared in five games for the Packers and is rated by Pro Football Focus as the No. 39 offensive tackle out of 78 qualifying players.
