Packers Re-Sign OLB Mike Neal

Packers OLB Mike Neal announced via his Twitter account that he has re-signed with Green Bay.

The Arizona Cardinals reportedly had a lot of interest in Neal and the Chicago Bears also came up as a potential option for Neal. However, he elects to return for another year.

This is a good move for Green Bay as Neal is still developing as an outside linebacker and flashed some ability last season.

Neal, 26, produced five sacks, 49 tackles, an interception and a forced fumble for Green Bay while making a tough transition to outside linebacker last year.
