Packers Sign Fourth-Round OLB Vince Biegel

The Green Bay Packers have signed fourth-round pick OLB Vince Biegel to a four-year contract on Wednesday, according to Rob Demovsky.

This leaves third-round DT Montravius Adams and fourth-round RB Jamaal Williams as the only remaining draft picks for the Packers still to sign.

Biegel underwent foot surgery a few weeks ago to correct a Jones fracture and is expected to be out possibly into training camp.

Biegel, 23, was selected with the No. 108 overall pick by the Packers in this year’s NFL Draft. Green Bay actually got this pick for trading out of round one with the Browns.

According to OverTheCap.com, Biegel will receive a four-year contract worth $3,093,748, which includes a signing bonus of $693,748.

During his college career at Wisconsin, Biegel recorded 131 tackles, 28.5 tackles for a loss, 15 sacks, two forced fumbles and three pass defenses over the course of 36 games.
