Rob Demovsky of ESPN reports that the Packers are signing Notre Dame LB Greer Martini and Miami (Ohio) TE Ryan Smith to contracts on Saturday.
Both Martini and Smith were trying out for the Packers during their rookie minicamp this weekend and it looks like Green Bay liked what they saw from them.
Martini wound up going undrafted out of Notre Dame before securing an opportunity with the Packers a few days ago.
During his four-year college career at Notre Dame, Martini recorded 190 tackles, 14.5 tackles for a loss, five sacks, an interception, two forced fumbles and a pass defense.
