This comes shortly after the Packers announced that P JK Scott did not travel with the team for Week 11 due to a personal matter.

Kaser, 27, is a former sixth-round pick of the Chargers back in 2016. He played over two years for the Chargers before he was placed on waivers in October of 2018.

Kaser was signed by the Packers for a few days near the end of 2018, then caught on with the Raiders on a futures deal in early 2019 but was cut loose in May of last year.

The Vikings brought him in for a workout in June of 2019 but he left Minnesota without a contract.

In 2018, Kaser appeared in four games for the Chargers and totaled 515 punt yards on 13 attempts (39.61 YPA) and one touchback.
