Patriots Sign CB Bradley Fletcher To A One-Year Deal

Mike Reiss of ESPN Boston has confirmed with CB Bradley Fletcher‘s agent that his client is signing with the Patriots.

  • Mike Garafolo adds that Fletcher receives a one-year contract.
  • Adam Caplan mentions that the agreement is worth a maximum of $2.5 million.

On Tuesday, New England brought in a number of cornerbacks for visits including: Fletcher, Tarell Brown, Robert McClain and Terence Newman.

Fletcher, 28, is a former third round pick of the Rams back in 2009. He joined the Eagles as an unrestricted free agent when he agreed to a two-year, $5.25 million contract that included $2.35 million guaranteed.

In 2014, Fletcher appeared in 15 games for the Eagles and recorded 60 tackles, an interception returned for a touchdown, one forced fumble, a recovery and 22 pass defenses. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 92 cornerback out of 108 qualifying players.
