Field Yates reports that the Patriots have placed WR Amara Darboh on waivers Tuesday to make room for OL Brian Schwenke.
Darboh, 24, is a former third-round pick of the Seahawks back in 2017. He’s currently in the second year of his four-year, $3.175 million contract and set to make base salaries of $578,000 and $668,000 over the next two years of the agreement.
The Seahawks waived him last weekend as they trimmed their roster down to 53 players and he wound up being claimed by the Patriots.
In 2017, Darboh appeared in all 16 games for the Seahawks and caught eight passes for 71 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
