Raiders Have Discussed Signing OLB Emmanuel Lamur

According to Adam Caplan, the Raiders have also discussed the possibility of signing OLB Emmanuel Lamur to a contract to bolster their depth at the position.

This is the first reported interest in Lamur since the free agent market officially opened.

This comes shortly after the Raiders announced that they’ve agreed to terms with OLB Kyle Wilber, who has largely been a special teams contributor.

Lamur, 28, wound up signing on with the Bengals as undrafted free agent out of Kansas State back in 2012. He returned to the team on a one-year, restricted deal worth $2.356 million for the 2015 season before departing for a contract with the Vikings the following year.

Lamur is currently testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent.

In 2017, Lamur appeared in all 16 games for the Vikings and recorded 17 tackles, a fumble recovery and a pass defense.
