Raiders RB Darren McFadden Out Two More Weeks?

NFL.com‘s Jason LaCanfora reports that Raiders RB Darren McFadden may be forced to miss “a few more games” as he continues to recover from a foot injury that has kept him out of the teams last few games.

LaCanfora adds that McFadden is “still is very limited and unable to do much” which is really concerning considering the amount of time that he’s missed because of the injury thus far. At the time, he mentioned that he could have returned to the game in which he first injured his foot but that appears to have been overly optimistic.

Michael Bush has done a great job in McFadden’s absence but his workload could become a concern of its own as he has had over 30 carries multiple times since McFadden’s injury.

Some are pegging Week 14’s game against the Green Bay Packers as possible date for his return but we’ll have to see if he shows improvement in the next week before anyone can feel confident about his return.
