The Oakland Raiders are signing CB Shareece Wright to a contract on Friday, according to Michael Gehlken.

Wright, 30, is a former third-round pick of the Chargers back in 2011. He spent four years in San Diego before signing a three-year, $16 million contract with the Ravens that included $5 million guaranteed.

Wright was set to make a base salary of $4 million for the 2017 season when he was released by the Ravens shortly before the start of free agency. The Bills signed him to a contract shortly after the draft and he finished out the year in Buffalo.

In 2017, Wright appeared in 12 games for the Bills and recorded 44 tackles, one interception, a forced fumble and five pass defenses. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 82 cornerback out of 120 qualifying players.
