Ravens Promote DB Robertson Daniel & WR Tim White, Cut Two

The Baltimore Ravens officially promoted WR Tim White and DB Robertson Daniel to their active roster and waived WR Janarion Grant and OL Jermaine Eluemunor to make room for them.

Daniel, 26, originally signed on with the Raiders as an undrafted free agent out of BYU back in 2015. He was waived coming out of the preseason but was later signed to the Packers’ practice squad.

After a brief stint on the Redskins’ practice squad, Daniel joined the Ravens’ taxi squad during the 2016 season and returned to Baltimore on a future/reserve contract this past January. Unfortunately, the Ravens cut him loose with an injury designation coming out of the preseason and he later reverted to injured reserve.

Baltimore eventually cut him loose with an injury settlement before re-signing him to their practice squad and bringing him back on a futures deal this past January.

He was among the team’s final roster cuts coming out of the preseason and signed to the practice squad once clearing waivers.

During his college career at BYU, Daniel recorded 112 tackles, one sack, three interceptions, two forced fumbles, two recoveries and 19 pass defenses.
