Redskins Sign CB Deshazor Everett

The Washington Redskins announced the signing of CB Deshazor Everett on Saturday.

This move comes just a day after CB Bashaud Breeland was carted off the practice field with a knee injury. Recent reports have said that Breeland has an MCL sprain and could miss 4-6 weeks with the injury.

With this in mind, Everett could get a decent opportunity to show the team what’s he capable of.

Deshazor played four years at Texas A&M where he recorded 218 total tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss, 26 pass breakups, five interceptions (three returned for touchdowns) and one fumble recovery over the course of 50 career games.
