Redskins Sign DT Jordan Hill, Add DB Lee Hightower To Practice Squad

The Washington Redskins announced Tuesday that they have signed DL Jordan Hill to the active roster and placed TE Niles Paul on injured reserve.

  • The Redskins also signed DB Lee Hightower to their practice squad.

Hill, 29, is a former fourth-round pick of the Lions back in 2009. He spent four years in Detroit and played out his rookie contract before signing on with the Titans in 2013.

Hills severed a four-game suspension for an undisclosed violation earlier in the year.

Last year, Hill appeared in 10 games for the Titans and recorded 12 tackles and no sacks. Pro Football Focus has him down for playing 190 total snaps in 2015.
