According to OverTheCap.com, Scherff’s contract is projected to be a four-year agreement worthย $21,215,638 and includes a signing bonus of $13,689,556.
Withย Scherff under contract, the Redskins have officially locked up their entire 2015 draft class.
Scherff was an interesting selection by the Redskins, seeing as USC DL Leonard Williams was still on the board, but he could very well be an impact player for Washington. It looks like the Redskins will giveย Scherff the opportunity to play offensive tackle, even though some believed he was better suited to play guard in the NFL.
