Nicolas, 25, was taken in the sixth-round of the 2016 NFL draft by the Chiefs. The Chiefs actually agreed to trade him to the Browns this offseason, but the deal was later voided due to physicals.
Kansas City elected to waive Nicolas soon after and he eventually signed on with the Seahawks. However, Seattle cut him loose a month later.
In 2016, Nicolas appeared in 10 games for the Chiefs and recorded one pass defense and no tackles.
