The Washington Redskins announced that they’ve placed RB Michael Hill on waivers Thursday in an email to season-ticket holders.
Washington signed Hill to a contract back in March, but it appears as though they prefer to see what their other running backs offer in training camp and the preseason.
Hill, 25, originally signed on with the Chargers as an undrafted free agent out of Missouri Western State back in 2013. He has already played for a number of teams including the Packers, Buccaneers, Colts and Redskins over the past two years.
Hill did not appear in a single game last year.
