ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Jets are making “strong push” to sign Seahawks free-agent OT Breno Giacomini.
- Giacomini is on his way to visit the Jets Wednesday, according to Schefter.
Giacomini, 28, was not expected to be back in Seattle and the fact that the Jets just lost Austin Howard to the Raiders has basically forced them to find a replacement.
Zach Strief was floated as a name to watch regarding the Jets, but it appears as though they will first take a look at Giacomini.
