The New Orleans Saints officially released RB Javorius Allen from injured reserve on Friday.
Allen, 27, is a former fourth-round pick of the Ravens back in 2015. He played out the final year of his four-year rookie contract with the Ravens before agreeing to a contract with the Saints this past May.
The Saints placed Allen on injured reserve a few weeks ago.
In 2018, Allen appeared in 14 games for the Ravens and rushed for 110 yards on 41 carries (2.7 YPC) to go along with 35 receptions for 196 yards receiving and five total touchdowns.
