The New Orleans Saints signed veteran LB James Anderson to a contract on Monday, according to Jay Glazer of FOX Sports.
Anderson, 32, is a former third-round pick of the Panthers back in 2006. He spent seven years in Carolina before signing on with the Bears as an unrestricted free agent back in 2013.
Since then, Anderson has played for a number of teams including the Patriots, Titans, Falcons, and most recently for the Cowboys.
In 2014, Anderson appeared in seven games and recorded six tackles.
